I feel it’s really overhyped the sea salt caramel one was so milky can’t taste any coffee and the Dubai cup has such big strawberries the downtown has more smaller shops offering same at lower price even the overall vibe of the place is low dimmed lights and very low on energy u can see photos for reference having tried so many coffees even Dunkin has stronger coffee like literally sea salt caramel or any coffee drink has plain cold foam not even flavored I tried the cinnamon one and cinnamon came in my mouth completely not worth the price maybe some deserts are good but overall very average just simple coffee and milk with syrups

Chocolate Lounge in Paterson, NJ is fantastic! The food is super delicious and high quality, and the restaurant has a very modern, beautiful atmosphere. The staff have great customer service, and the desserts are absolutely amazing. Highly recommend coming here for something sweet if you’re in Paterson!
